Liquor law liability is the law in Florida, that's sometimes known as dram shop law, that prevents people who provide alcohol, bars, liquor stores, grocery stores, restaurants, from selling to minors and habitual drunkards. So if someone like that, a bar or restaurant, etc, provides alcohol to a known drunkard or to a minor and that minor harms somebody else or themselves, then the bar or the liquor store or the restaurant can be held accountable for that.
